Hi.
Can any body tell me that whether we can claim Corporate dividend tax / Dividend distribution tax as refund?
If yes and how?
As nothing in the income tax act its written about getting CDT as refund i guess.

Please refer Section 115-O.
Sub Section (4)- It's a final tax and no further credit shall be claimed by the company.
Sub Section (5) -No deduction shall be allowed means adjustment is also not possible.

No, The CDT can not be claimed as refund.

Yes provided you have paid excess dividend distribution tax or have wrongly paid it other wise there is no chance.
