17 October 2015 Sir Can we pay cash to our subcontractor labour on behalf of subcontractor, please guide we have to pay to labour due to non payment made by contractor

17 October 2015 u r paying to different labours na... all labours will sign a different vocher.. hence take care payment to a single labour doesn't exceed 20k

17 October 2015 yes go ahead.. but stil I wil give you one clue that if total payment to sub contractor exceed 20k in a day.. make different dates vouchers to avoid any issues

18 October 2015 Go ahead. No issues. Payment to labours is always in cash, it cannt be done through cheque. You have no other option for payment. Go ahead no one can question it
