I have completed CA in May 2011, CS in august 2010. I worked with a private company as Accounts & Finance Officer from feb 11 to oct 11. after dat left the job as i cudnt see the growth. Interested in practice.
I just want to know whether i should join a Chartered Firm as employee for 4-5 years, then switch over to whole-time practice
( OR )
join as a partner with any firm where, initially i will not get any remuneration till i bring fresh client or any other profit sharing terms might work out
( OR )
would it be prudent to go for practice from the beginning without any experience. if yes den whether to go for proprietorship or partnership with other fresh CA (frnds).
Please answer this question and specify the reason for the same considering the present market condition of job for fresh CA.

i wud suggest job in acctng firm then set up ur own practice.
