is design consultancy charges of a building will be captilised or not.plsease give me reply in two sitautions (I)whther the building is being made (II)or the buildind has already been made,

1. If the building is being made then you should capitalise these charges.
II) If building has already been made then you have both options - either capitalise, or claim the expenses.
Practically, decision shall be taken on the nature of work involved and the amount involvement in the transaction.
