sir i am going to sale my non agricultural plot which is goverment value was 500000 rs
now i am selling 3000000 rs
so tell me sir if i am investment in flat then tax will be applicable or not

No capital gain will be applicable if you register the document for 30 lacs and avail exemption u/s 54F.
