a husband sold a flat & plot in the year 2008 for rs 4000000/- & his wife already have a land in another city in hers name
the husband start a construction on his wifes plot all expencess are made by husband for construction
wheter this capital exp are allowed u/s 54 & 54F to the husband or not what procedure is followed for capital gain investment

plot is appurtenant thereof or its an another asset.
if appurtenant thereof than husband can claim exemption U/S 54 and if its different than flat for U/s 54 and for plot U/s 54F provided he satisfy other conditions.
