for claiming deduction under sec54(1) i have purchased a plot out of sale consideration of a residential house.Now i want to sell this plot and purchase a house before 3 years holding.How can I save this short term capital gain from being taxed?Any option if Sec54 has not yet been claimed as return has been not yet filed.
