I sold a House Property on 12-08-2012, purchased on 21-6-2001. I also had purchased 2 plots in my SPOUSE name on 15-12-2011 and completed the construction on it in a year. I also have not filed the return of income for the A.y. 2012-13 and 2013-14 Of mine as well as my Spouse.
My query is just to know whether the Investment made in the the plots would be exemt or not. Please provide me your valuable suggestion as soon as possible. Thank You.
