Can we write back exp of capital in nature

25 November 2014 my boss is telling to write back the exp. of camera purchsed in 2010-11. depreciation has been deducted every year on it. it is rs. around 5 lacs. can i write back.. as per company law and incom tax law.. the transaction is in private ltd. company. it seems to be capital exp in nature..
