my boss is telling to write back the exp. of camera purchsed in 2010-11. depreciation has been deducted every year on it. it is rs. around 5 lacs. can i write back.. as per company law and incom tax law.. the transaction is in private ltd. company. it seems to be capital exp in nature..

No. That should not be done. Ask your boss the reason what he means by writing back capital expensiture and why.
