Can do practice or not

Please let me know whether a Chartered Accountant engaged in Full Time Job and on the roll of the Company can do practice along with it .If yes then under which provision and what are the privileges available with him to do the practice .

A person who is in full time job should not do practice. However, he can take a part time cop with the approval of ICAI.
However with part time cop, we should not do any Certification works. For all Certification works, Full time COP is required compulsorily.
