14 September 2011 An incorporated company can do all the things as natural person does except few things , example company can not marry, whereas a natural person can marry

It can not be a proprietor because he is a natural person having head, eyes, ears etc.

A company can have a business unit under its name if the object clause of Memorandum of Association of the company permits.
