if the section do not provide for any restriction then allowed....

But in the Code of Ethics..it says that a C.A. cannot buy any shares.

yes, but only for those co where he is being the auditor of the co....it doesnt say ca is completely debarred from acq shares in general???

yes my opinion is final as my prev sir also had shares in many co who is practicing CA..
