good morning to all expert,
plz sir tell me calculation of service tax.the int. rate of late pmt. of servicr tax is 13%.now sir plz tell me if my service tax for the month of oct"2010 is 12570 & i deposit it after due date ( 5 nov).than how i will calculate it. supoose i m late only 3 days. than sir plz tell me calculation.

minimum interest would be paid of one month.

Only 3 days interest has to be paid to be calculated @13% per annum.
1e., 12570 X 13/100 x 3/365 = Rs.13/-
