Hi Abhishek, from the above information it looks like H Ltd. has not considered bonus shares issued by S Ltd. in its books. So considering the same, after bonus issue (1:1) the no. of shares held by H Ltd. will become 16,000 (80%) out of total shares of S Ltd.
