Ca final exemption rules

Dear Sir,
I appeared in May 2011 exam of Final CA and my marks of Group -1 are as follows
Financial reporting - 31
Strategic financial management - 52
Advanced auditing and professional ethics -64
Corporate and allied Laws - 60E
TOTAL = 207 (FAILED)
Sir I availed exemption in Law in November - 2010 exam as I got 60 marks in November - 2010 exam, and now in may 2011 I got 64 marks in Audit.
Please assist me regarding: Can I avail exemption in both the subjects ? If not can I have a choice of choosing the subject in which I want the exemption?
Please assist me at the earliest as date of exam forms are very nearest.
