hi friends i want to ask a query to you on behalf of my friend , my friend is gonna writ CA final on Nov 2014 he wants to know what are the subjects that are getting changed like companies act to companies bill Direct tax to DTC like that he wants to the changes so i need your help

DTC is coming hence direct tax will change.
GST is coming hence indirect tax will change.
New companies act already on the way.....
Indian IFRS has been introduced these will be part of new course one day...
