C form covers details of more than 1 qtr.

13 April 2010 If we received C form which consists bills for more than 1 qtr, then how to resolve the issue is not able to get replacement.

13 April 2010 you can send it back to party and tell them to amend that. It is possible to amend the C form. They will sign and seal the form and return to you.

13 April 2010 Dear Mr. Prashant, Thanks but I already tried the same, but there was another problem which i forgot to explain that "form -c are old forms i.e 2007-08 and 2008-09 which the party had already submitted to the Cochin Special Economic Zone and taken the CST claims also. And they are not able to change change the form -c"

do not change the see form and keep as it is and submit the same to your sales tax officer. if your sales tax officer not accepting the same you can give an explanation that the same is accepted by the Cochin Special Economic zone.
