Dear Mr. Ratan, As a selling dealer in Maharashtra we have misplaced the C Form issued by the purchasing dealer in Karnataka. My question is does the Indemnity Bond (Form G) to be submitted in ORIGINAL to the Sales Tax of Maharashtra or to the purchasing dealer in Karnataka?
