When we have to submit C Form
And withwhich time form c should be submitted?
Is there any penalty for late submission of C Form ?
Pls Explain full concept of C Form..

C form is the form which issued by Register dealer under CST act to avail the concessional rate of tax @ 2% presently.. if dealer not in position to issue C form on purchase then need to pay local vat rate as CST
C form can be issued by a dealer for materials mentioned in the CST registration certificate only
presently C form online generation, you need to submit the details in your local vat website online and you can get the C form Quarterly basis
In case you fail to submit the C form you need to pay the different of taxes with applicable interest
