We are purchasing steel ribs from a party in Tamilnadu for the purpose of new building construction which we are going to capitalized are we eligible to get the concessional CST against C Form. Kindly give the feedback

Dear Swaminathan,
U have not mentioned if Steel is purchased at what stage the same is procured. (at construction of plant/ building etc).
C Form cannot be issued for the purchase of Steel as the same does not amount to resale.
