Dear expert,
Suppose there is a bill of Rs. 100/- and cst charged thereon Rs. 2/- against c form. Then C form should be issued for which amount between 100/- and 102/-.
Please advise me.

Both are acceptable. Either you can issue for sale value before CST or the total invoice value. There are lot of judgments on this.
