Ca final registration

Dear sir,

Please suggest whether i should register for final now or after 3 or 4 month. My final is due on nov.2015.
I am going to do self study for theory subject.
Please suggest it will be a great help sir.....

Sir, is it necessary to file balance-sheet and Profit & loss a/c by filling of ITR 4S for individual ????
Or without not maintaining any kind of proper record can we file ITR 4S ???
