Please help me how to file Income Tax Return for A.Y.2012-13 if i can filed please give me advised in details.

18 June 2014 cannot be done suomoto as it is time barred...only option is for AO to issue 142(1) notice.

18 June 2014 Due date is over for return of AY 2012-13. Last date was 31.03.2014. Now its time barred. If it is a refund case and you want to claim the refund the only way is to invoke section 119(2)(b) i.e., application for condonation of delay.
