18 June 2014 Dear All,

Can please let me know, whether the Company law is applicable to the companies incorporated before April 2014, i.e. for example the form regarding the director contribution is to be filed for share capital contribution etc...

Or can you list out the compliances to be done by the Companies incorporated before and after April, 2014.

18 June 2014 98 Section of Companies Act, 2013 become applicable from September 2013.

Whereas rest of the sections (Around 175 sections) and relevant rules were notified from April 2014.

So the provisions applicable from April 01, 2014 shall not be applicable on all companies incorporated before April 01, 2014.
