"If the dry cleaner (Service Provider) is not charging service tax on dry cleaning, availing the benefit of threshold limit i.e., Rs.10 lac and service receiver is registered with ST Deptt. Under these circumstances, SR is liable to pay ST?

how to get knowledge regarding new amendments in tax?

reverse back calculation is made or not under RCM .if service tax not charged by service provider.

My Ca final attempt is due in Nov 14 but my study leave has not yet started. Will I be able to prepare for the attempt in 3 months or is it better to postpone my attempt? If so what will be the consequence of the postponement?

hi.. iam yuvaraj doing CA final -Nov 14 attempt... I have one doubt in tax subject for exam preparation... I studied ly recent amendment , notification , circulation ,selected case law issued by CA institute & PGBP FULL CHAPTER( this chapter ly I covered fully) bcz in this chapter more then 30 marks came in past all exams....it's enough to get more then 60 marks (or) I want to study each and every section in direct tax.................. and also plz suggest me how to prepare IDT and which book is better yet I didn't started my preparation in IDT

i am in dilemma for ca final audit refernce book.

some say surbhi bansal , vk agarwal, institute mat , padhukha , practise manual or SOME COMBINATION OF ABOVE.

WHAT SHOULD I REFERRRRRRRRRRR??????

if would be highly usefull if someone who have secured 70+/80+ or some who knows anyone who secured such marks as to what book he referrred.

Kindly remove this dilemma which may be hovering many ca finalist.
