Can we expect an extension for filing of ITR for A Y 2014-15 since the date for obtaining and filing of Tax Audit Report has been extended to 30.11.2014.

Sir, i m a businessman in Delhi with sales tax registered in Delhi, i am buying material from Hyderabad against H-Form, but i have to send it to Kolkata not for sale but to export it to Yangon by air from Kolkata airport, as direct flight to Yangon is only available in Kolkata, now my question is What should i write on LR while sending the same to Hyderabad to Kolkata, also i doubt on the way, Kolkata tax department may ask for the waybill which i can not produce, please advice.

FREINDS ,IF A ADVOCATE OR FIRM OF ADVOCATES WHO IS NOT REGISTERED UNDER SERVICE TAX BECAUSE HE HAS PROVIDED SERVICES LESS THAN RS. 9L PROVIDES SERVICES TO A BUSINESS ENTITY WHOSE GROSS RECIPTS/ SALES TURNOVER IN PRECEEDING F.Y. IS MORE THAN RS. THEN IS THAT ENTITY REQUIRED TO GET REGISTER ITSELF UNDER SERVICE TAX AND PAY SERVICE TAX THEREON.

Those registered for articles after 1.8.2012 are required to undergo Advanced itt in last year of articleship.
No other inforamtion is available with icai portal or any regional offices.
Can anyone throw more light on this programme, whether it can be completed after articleship / or after appearing for final exams ?

Company must maintain books of accounts on accrual basis as per companies act.
whether as per income tax act 145A partnership firm and proprietorship firm may maintain or cash basis or accrual basis.
