Regarding practice manual of law paper in ipcc

when will the PRACTICE manual of ipcc be issued by icai for NOV 2014 exam?

the institute website says "under revision"

01 September 2014 Sorry as of now its under revision. So for the time being you need to study from the Supplementary study material issued by ICAI in respect of 53 applicable section of Companies Act 2013. Rest is same.
