We have a client, who is running a printing business, he arranges businesses from his own and outsource the different works to different persons, like design, paper purchase, printing, binding etc and then delivery that final product to to thier client.

We have some Queries related to this :

1. can he file the return under section 44AD ?
2. We want to file return for financial year 2014-15 & 2015-2016 can we do so under section 44AD or not ?

Sir my question is if a person register himself under service tax and start his profession then does he charge service tax from the very first day or he will charge the service tax in his invoice after crossing the exemption limit. I also want to clear that is this limit apply for every financial year seperately I mean is this exemption available for every new financial year or not

I have a doubt regarding jamoil trees harvesting.

My father had started harvesting the jamoil trees since 3 years in a leased land around 50 acres, this year trees are ready for cutting and selling. The amount of proceeds after sale is comes to around 50 lakhs.

Whether the income received from that trees is agriculture income.?

Can I claim as exemption.?

And how can I show the amount in income tax return.?

Please suggest me.!!!
