why should we call it as Balance sheet rather Statement of assets and liabilites since it shows liabilites and assets

I have a doubt in AS 20. In case a company is incorporated on 7th Jan and the books are closed on 30th March, should the EPS that we calculate be adjusted for the entire year...since it would normally be only for 3 months since the operations were carried out only for 3 months.

WE RENIEW ONE licence of symntanic software(Anti virus) of amount rs 86940 party also charge service tax info tech -software @12.36% on 86940/- rs 10745.78 total gross amount of bill is rs 97685.78.
MY question is at what rate we have to charge tds ?

MY compnay purchase a fresh licence of symntanic software(Anti virus) of amount rs 65695 party also charge service tax info tech -software @12.36% on 65695/- rs 8119.90 and also charge vat@4% output rs 2952.60 total gross amount of bill is rs 76767.50.
MY question is at what rate we have to charge tds on that and on what amount ?. please help me sort out the query.

My father had an agricultural Land situated out of Municipal area. It was old land and inherited property. My Father is senior citizen. By the order of state govt one private company accquired the land and pay the money without TDS with cheque. My father has filed the IT Return without paying capital gain tax. Is there any implication of capital gain tax?

We want to know that how we will compute quterly FBT before 15 days ago. It is assumption basis. But if assumption less than actual so how we will pay deficit amount, it is adjust with next quater. Also We want to know FBT applicable for proprietary business. Do u know any website provide free FBT software.
