at what rate tax has to be deducted on the rent payable to a private trust. is there any difference if any one of the beneficiaries of the trust is not an individual?

Housing Loan Interest

Housing Loan on same house is taken by Husband & wife jointly with 1st borrower being wife
can loss from house property of Rs.150,000 (interest) be claimed by each of the borrower? ( i.e. Rs. 300,000 )
whether it can be possible to claim loss from house property (Rs. 150000 )by wife for initial years and later by husband if only Rs. 150,000 is allowed

Regarding TDS on Photography

Dear Friends

Following is the description on the bill
"Imagery illustrating the unique features, interiors, brands, food, moods, people etc"
it involves photography, post production for images
Whether TDS should be of Contract (i.e. 2.266 194C) or on profession (i.e. 11.33 194J)

Please any one help me
