Customs Valuation

04 December 2008 Wheher Post import Expenses be included in Customs Valuation?
Is there any specific notficaton or case law regarding this issue.
Please let me know this.

09 December 2008 Custom valution is done on CIF value, if goods is imported on FOB term then freight, insurance, loading and unloading charges to be included. For any reference you can go through Custome valuation Rule.

Landng charges @1% wll be added to the assessable value. Whether other Post import expenses like Demerrage chares, oher taxes in india shall be added to the assessable value?
