can you please tell me what is BRC.Who can issue it and can an expoter issue this BRC.Is there any relationship between BRC and claim to duty drawback.Overall what is the significance of this BRC and what it entitles to an expoter.Is applying for BRC is necessary for an expoter. Thanks
