Hi, i want to know bout all the accounts which should be maintained by a small private ltd co.(IT co.). whether audit is necessary, where the accounts/books needs to be submitted, by when???, etc.

Can any one tell me about the definition of shifts in terms of working hours.

Whether 8 hrs= single shift

What if our company is working for 12 hours in part year.How do we considered it either double shift or single shift.

What will be the depreciation rates for machines for the full financial year 2008-09 if the above fact is considered?

Whether we have to calculate depreciation separately & proportionately for day wise and shift worked?

can a partner bring a liability in a firm ...with assets.


for ex. a partner has taken loan to purchase a land for hotel in individual name .

for project finance can we take the loan as firms liability as assets taken by firm on which liability has taken.....

I am having a practical Question that if any person (A) having a joint bank A/c with his wife (B).

(A) is husband and
(B) is wife

If A doing a business and all his business related entries was come in his joint bank A/c,

and

B receive one chaque from her friend amounted Rs. 4,30,000 in her joint A/c and she (B) paid that amount to purchase a house property. The house property was on her name.

My Question is how should i entered in to Mr A's A/c. Mrs. B's accounts was not being written, because she haven't need for it.
