Body Corporate is a wider concept than company. It includes company as well as other enterprises such as foreign companies, public financial institutions etc.

Yes, I agree with Nitin. Body Corporate is a wider concept then the Company. Body corporate is defined under Section 2(7) and Company is defined under Section 3 of the companies Act, 1956.
