I need a clarification. a company is paying Rs. 1 Lac as surgery fees to a private hospital for treating one of its employee who met with an accident while working in factory. While making payment to hospital, should we deduct TDS on surgery fees.

I am working in a AUTOMOBILE sales company in Kolkata in a Senior Management position. Due to the nature of business every month other than our salary, we are entitled for performance linked incentives.This is a good sum that we receive in any financial year. But our company is not showing it properly, but giving us a form 16 which only says SALARY and they are mentioning salary + incentive all total there. I have seen formats of Form 16 which has break ups like 17(1) , 17(2), 17(3) like that. Can anybody pls. tell me under which section incentive falls and under which section gross salary falls?
My query in Allowing Conveyance Allowance to employee by employer at the tome of finalise Form 12 B of Employee.
I am looking after accounts of my client and his employee submit Conveyance allowance by giving simple voucher for travell to one place to another place for office work, and he ask to my cleint to adjust said amount against his total salary as he do not want to deduct TDS on said amount.
So up to what extend it is allowable? as per IT rules Rs.800/- per month allowable but in addition of that is any amount allow under conveyance allowance OR any other way to save Tax by employee from his salary?
