Some reason my co. is not filled TDS return from AY- 2008 - 2009.

I Want to know that how much penalty & interest would be charged on amount.

What will be the tds deduction if the trans porter has not mentioned the pan number on the Bilty. And he has the pan card in his own name and not in the name of the transport company?

the house property has been completely vacant during the year.do we need to take any notional rental income for tax purposes...?

one of the company i know, though incorporated in 2007-08, has neither paid any amount of service tax nor filed any return. could someone please tell me what are and or will be proceedings against the company. and how much time it will take in to finish the proceedings.

We have a contract with a service provider for housekeeping and that provider has provided us contractual employees (9 numbers) for the past 10 years at a monthly charge.

We now need to replace the service provider and what to give him notice.

Want to know the implications of this termination on my company from the service provider as well as the housekeeping staff in terms of Labour laws in Delhi & Gurgaon.

Does payment made for the purpose of implementation of software attracts TDS?

i have filled ST 1 with ACES. But Aces sent back the Application as non Filling of Document on time.

Kindly tell me what to do next for Registration.
