25 February 2013 i have filled ST 1 with ACES. But Aces sent back the Application as non Filling of Document on time.

Kindly tell me what to do next for Registration.

your ST-1 has lapsed. You can again file the ST-1 and timely submit the relevant documents on time.

But i want to know that whether i have to create new user id or Not.

If not, then how to amend registration in old User Id.
