I wanted to know that if my income tax slab is 20% and TDS on FD by bank is 10%. Will interest payable be a part of my income and do I have to pay remaining amount? I do not see any provision of declaring interest amount in ITR-2 excel utility? Please help.

Dear sir,
I am a IPCC student registered for IPCC on september itself.I got direct entry so i joined for the articleship also.till now i did not recieved confirmation letter and identity card from the institute.but where i am doing my articleship ,they recieved the letter for thier reference.I think because of address ,i did not recieved the letter.sir please suggest me what i have to do now?can i join for ITT and ORIENTATION without having confirmation letter?
I was supposed to attend May exams.but without completing ITT,I cant write the exam.please help me.

My Business : i have a E-Commerce Site where i am Selling Apparels & Footwear on brand name which is registered for me under trade mark.

Most of my Goods are Imported but few are manufactured by Local Manufacturers putting my brand name.

i accumulate all the goods in my warehouse and dispatch them to customers as per orders.

am i liable to excise as the brand name is mine??? if Yes - can i pay the Excise in my Warehouse when i sell them.

As per budget, TDS at 1 per cent on properties being sold for more than Rs 50 lakh except agricultural land, I have many doubts about it.
1) Flats are included in it?
2) Non agricultural land sold by one individual to other then also TDS will apply?

While Filing Form FC-TRS witd AD bank for trf of Shares from Resident to non Resident, Can anyone send me format for the following
1) Consent letter of Buyer and Seller
2) Certificate indicating Fair valur of shares from a CA
3) Declaration from Buyer that he is eligible to acquire of Shares.
4) No Objection certificate from CA./ Income Tax officer.
