If i want to claim remission for loss of volatile goods due to natural loss, can i claim the same under sec 23, even though separate sec 70 addresses specifically the same case?
because sec 23 is a general section for remission and it does not write 'except the goods covered u/s70'.....

dear sir, i have cleared my ipcc 1st group in may 2011 and registered for article from august 2011, but my ipcc 2nd group is still pending. i am giving 2nd group in may 2013.
so, my final attempt is on may 2014 , then wt is the last date of registration in ca final , so that i can give my ca final on may 2014.
if i get registered in ca final by september 2014, can i be eligible for ca final xam on may 2014. pls reply me. i hav heard that , it is required to get registered within 9 months before the final exam. Is it true ?? pls suggest... if so, then my ca final attempt on may 2014 will be transfered ?

Sir I filled a return (Assessment Year 2012– 13)of an Individual Assess as on 26/07/2012 and ITR V received by the Department on 28/08/2012. But sill I found from the site that refund has not been determined.
