Is vat and any other taxes to be included in turnover of sales for the purpose of Section 44AD and 44AB.Because as such the Act does not provide for its definition.

If such vat and any other taxes or charges separately showing in invoice and accounting separately then such amount doesn't included in Turnover other wise it shall included in gross turnover or gross receipts.
