27 February 2013 Dear Sir,
my one Clint (House wife) have taken a loan of Rs 50 Lac from Housing Finance Co.
But The repayment of loan given From her Husband,s Bank account who is a guarantor of Loan. In this case who is claim for rebate u/s 24 & 80C of Income tax act.

27 February 2013 One thing can be done, show ur husband as a creditor in ur books of account and let him pay the Interest amt. on ur behalf.
