Hi, I am a Ca Final student. I registered for my articleship on 26 April, 2012 and was doing B.Com also but forgot to fill Form No. 112. Now I have completed my B.Com. Should I still fill Form No. 112 or let it be? And if yes, then please tell me what all formalities I have to complete?

An individual as a proprietor is running a business name styled XYZ STORE in Gujarat having a VAT registration no.
Now he wants to start a new business as a proprietor only with other name styled ABC STORE
whether he required to get new VAT registration or he can run new business with above same registration no? Please Clarify.

As per Schcule Y of DRUGS AND COSMETICS (IIND AMENDMENT) RULES, 2005,"Clinical trial on a new drug shall be initiated only after the permission has been granted by the Licensing Authority under rule 21 (b), and the approval obtained from the respective ethics committee(s)."

Now our Company is required to submit fees of Rs.50,000/- and Rs.30,000/- to two Ethics Committees of two seperate hospitals to take the Approval of clinical trials.

Please guide the applicability of TDS provision on the same and why.

If any person purchase a immovable property after June,2013 but Part payment was done in advance in April,2013...

So my question is whether assessee have to deduct TDS on what amount, whether on full payment including advance payment or on remaining payment ????

As rule of deducting TDS on purchase of Immovable property is applicable w.e.from June, 2013.....
