WHERE IS THE FORM 10BA has to be submitted

Please guide me regarding wherher RBI approval is required for making remmitance in foreign currency for purchasing shared from a foreign company of an indian company.

i have cleared mcom in 2012-13, & cleared cpt in 2009-10. i was not intrested in ca as i was willing to do a business so i never studied ca ipcc and gave 4 attempts but as matter of fact i did't clear them.
i gave cs executive in december 2012 and didn't study in that either.
But i want to study hard now, i am giving cs executive both groups in june 2013, i am confident of clearing first group.
AND i want to give ca ipcc in nov. many of my relatives say that it is not useful to give ca now as i have not cleared ca in so many attemts and it won't have any value.
AS I AM 26 is it good to give ca exam , that requires 3 years of articleship, in the age when i am supposed to do a job and earn money to help family.
I REALLY REQUEST EXPERTS TO HELP ME TO GET OUT OF THIS MESS, WHICH I CREATED MYSELF.
AND IF I SHOULD GIVE IPCC & CS EXECUTIVE IN NOV.DEC. HOW SHOULD I STUDY.

I have clreared my 1st group of ipcc in nov.10 but yet not cleared 2nd group,
if I will clear it in may 13 exam then can I appear for ca final exam In nov.13??

I want to download 26AS but i forgotten my password, and also e-mail ID given at the time of registration.In forgot password, new password they were sending to forgotten e-mail Id.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I received a letter from income tax deptt. mentioning intimation under section 143(1) of the IT Act, 1961 in which assessment year 2011-12,due date of return 31.07.2011 and date of filling return 15.07.2011 was mentioned.payable/refundable amount is around Rs 1000/-.Date written on this letter is 05.11.2012 (but I received on may,2013).I read somewhere that intimation under 143(1) is invalid if received after one year of assessment year.I received this letter in may,2013.Whether I have to ignore this letter or act?What should I do?Pl help me to guide how to act on this.

there is no job opportunities for ca final students in bangalore right now. so now after completing ca what will be the position. whether persuing ca will be a boon or otherwise. inspite for so much of hard work if there are no job opportunities what to do whether ca is to be done are not
