27 June 2013 Hi Sir. I passed IPCC group1 and joined a firm before 3 months. Dispute arose between me and my principle and now he is not willing to sign form 109. Currently Im in home only. He told that he will sign the form after 6 months. I dont know what to do. Pls help me. Thanks in advance.

27 June 2013 1)what is the dispute..yar...you should be careful with dealing with boss if you don't interested in work with him you should convince him by saying some good reasons..

2)it is you to suffer if you simply sitting at home with out taking transfer and not attending for work with principal

3)he have all rights to treat all these days(you sit in home) as leave..

27 June 2013 4)Our ICAI will not interfere in between boss and student unless any of them was not complied with ca regulations and guilty of misconduct/mistake

5)it is highly recommended you to say sorry to your boss and start work with him...if you cannot compromise,, after one year you may not get transfer easily..it requires icai prior permission..

6)Moreover all days you have sit in home will be considered as leave and your final attempt may get extended ..

27 June 2013 Until now I did not speak anything wrong and bowed to him as much as I can. He is very rude and Im trying to convince him. But he is not ready to talk or see me.

27 June 2013 1)if he don't like you he should have give you transfer..

2)but why he is harassing you...

3)Ask him what to do...

he has to definitely choose either to train you or to provide transfer to you...

4)ask him what is his problem and what to do to make good to that

5)try to convince him with father

Please note transfer not allowed in first six months of articleship..you need to wait atleast 6 months

if not get resolved..there is no other option left except to consult ICAI regional office..and face whatever
