Hi
Central Government approval is taken after shareholders approval. Form-25A will be filed with CG.
The approval can be made retrospectively.For example, if you wanted to pay remuneration to WTD from 01.04.2013 then you can pass Board/committee resolution in May, 2013 and shareholders resolutions in August and can pay remuneration from 01.04.2013.
Central Government approval is taken after shareholders approval. Form-25A will be filed with CG.
