Is vat applicable?

Is VAT applicable on transfer of stock and machineries when a firm converted into private limited?. If not how to document the same... Any suggestion...

Respected sir,

Income tax on interest income from bank fixed deposit

If a sineor citizen make a bank FD of INR 20 Lakhs @ 9.1% pa. And he has submited form 15H at the time of FD opening in bank.

As interest income (INR 1,82,000) is below in slab rate, is bank will deduct TDS on it?

What will be Tax implication on it

What i should do . . . . ?

Dear xperts,

I'm doing my artileship with one reputeed firm. Now i'm going to write ipcc 1st group in November, 2013. What should i do for clear my this attempt. But i didn't start my study till now due to my work pressure. Now i'm ready to study, and onething i didn't attend any class which is conducted by institute. I have to do self study. So pls guide me what and all i shoud do . . . ?
