AS PER RENT AGREEMNET..
In the event of terminanation before Lock -in -Period, lESSEE shall be liable to pay the monthly rent for the entire remaining
unexpired period of the Leek-in-Period.

AS PER SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
a)Client shall pay an amount of Rs 25,00,000;-(Twenty Five Lakhs Only) ("Settlement Amount") to Lessee subject to applicable TDS dedulction on Settlement of all claims and counterclaims of the Parties, amount of Rs 25,00,000/-is towards the full and final settlement of all claims and counterclaims between the Parties.
Further, both Farties agree and understand that no other amount except the said amount of Rs 25,00,001/-shall be payable by lessor to lessee.
b) A Sum of Rs 9 lac paid to lessor now_standss settled and adjusted as being non refundable to lessee.

MY CASE
The lessee entered in to rent agreement with lessor for lock in period of 3 years. Now the lessee cancels the rent agreement after 1 year only and thus had to pay the amount of 1 Cr.Approx. which is settled at 25 lacs by entering into settlement agreement as quoted below and the amount of security deposit paid at the time of entering into rent agreement as refundable to lessee is also adjusted as being non refundable to the lessee.
MY QUESTION IS????
whether TDS will be deducted on 25 lac (unexpired period rent ) and 9 lac (security deposit adjusted) and please also quote the law or case as the sollution to my problem.

Kindly guide what kind of attachment required while filling form 18 Pt 3 attachments "a proof that the company is permitted to use address as registered office of co", In my case owner of house is directors father Plz provide format for same,

2.Is it now mandatory declaration required while filing form a that directors will not accept deposit if yes at what price stamp paper same is required

About golden rule of accounting

Hello sir i am preparing for CPT right now..I have a diffent question for you i know there are 3 golden rules of accounting...but my teacher is saying there is 1 more rule is there means he is saying there are 4 rules. He gave us homework to find that 4th rule and whoever find it he will give him some gift.. Dear Experts,

kindly let me know the complete procedure for conversion of unsecured loan (taken from Director cum shareholder) in Equity share Capital in a public Company.Also provide the draft resolution for the same.

Please also clarify whether it will be treated allotment for cash or other than cash.

whether any agreement is required for that conversion or only resolution is sufficient.

Deferred tax asset / liability

shall we have to add cess while recognising deferred tax asset/liability??

e.g. if timing difference is 15000
tax rate is 30%

then DTA/DTL is Rs. 4500 or 4635?

Cash deposited

Dear Experts,

I have a query about cash deposit in bank at one time actually problem is I have recived near about 30 lac cash from my father and I want to deposited same in my hdfc bank and I have pan card also but I would like to know that this amount will be consider in my income or not if yes then how much will pay as income tax to govt. at the time filling of income tax return.
