28 August 2013 Can a company invest in Mutual Fund in the name of Director? is it allowed under the company law? if yes what is the procedure?

Company can not invest in mutual fund in the name of director. Director will made investment in our name.

If company paid on behalf of director then it can be called as amount paid on behalf of the company and it will be an advance or part of remuneration as agreed between company and director.
