Can a person file his vat return quarterly if his turnover doesn't exceed 50 lakhs.what is the turnover limit for getting vat audit.

is CARO applicable to private limited company if all three conditions should be satisfied or any of the one should be satisfied?.

I have completed my Bcom degree with 57% marks from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala State in the year 1998 and I am also pursuing my Mcom from IGNOU. I have got just 1 more paper to clear which I will be clearing in December 2013.

I am working now and I would like to take a break in my career and pursue CA. Am I eligible for direct entry. I have studied Corporate Accountancy , Auditing and Costing and have got 60,70 and 76 marks respectively. My total marks for all 3 years were 801 on 1400 which comes to 57%.

Please let me know whether I am eligible for Direct entry.

Sir, Can anbody pls let me know what is notification no. & Dt.in order to avail the thresold exemption of Rs.10 lac against which the turnover of taxable services has taken place Rs.4.5 lac & Rs.10.40 lac related to the FY 2011-12 & 2012-13 respectively.
