we have purchased few material from seller. but due to some reason we are not accepting this material, we want return back this, but seller is accepting this material on 70 % of actual value. we have not entered invoice in our books yet now, management team is also ready. what will be accounting entry in our books of difference value. please suggest me.

i make best afford to clear my ipcc group-2.but both time i fail due to audit and account,means i get passing marks but not get expected marks.so pls suggest how to prepare for audit and ac-2.so get above 60 marks.

In a pvt. ltd. co. out of the two director cum members, one director passes away.the single director held a board meeting passed the accounts and convene AGM.
the remaining and only three members (including a single director) attended the meeting and approved the financial statements.

question is whether a single director can take decision in board meeting, including passing of accounts and can he / she singly, convene AGM.??
