I am a CA final Student and My Attempt for Examination is May 2015. What Should i do for preparing Corporate affairs for examination now? Is it any worth ful to read companies act 1956 because whole companies act has been changed ????

i am appearing for ipcc nov 13 and my company law slaybus is very much incomplete and also of business law except bonus and gratuity. please help me what i can do now? How should i study?

The DIN/PAN entered for Director/Manager/Secretary upon signing of EForm does not correpond to the DSC affixed.

i have checked the DIN and affixed DSC of director whose DIN i have entered.
